Mini-card Leftovers

We’re back! We took a little hiatus to welcome our new little guy, Robert, in April!

To celebrate our new miniature addition, we made miniature cards for July’s SAS party. They were sent to 60 new teachers at the Casa Grande Elementary school district. Here’s just a sample of what we created:

Miss Janie finished up these cute Arizona cards that we made last year. Look at that cute little heart over Casa Grande!

Miss Pat and her grandsons (4 and 6 years old, and super creative!) made these. Miss Pat put together the backgrounds, while the boys added the puffy stickers.

I took care of the beachy Aloha cards:

Miss Marlene created a stack of these awesome pink cards, with a little help from one of Miss Pat’s grandsons. He did a great job!

Next week we’ll be making cards for little Danny Nickerson, who has an inoperable brain tumor. His birthday wish was to receive cards from all over the world. His birthday has passed, so we’re going to surprise him with some “thinking of you” cards! Click here to check out his story:¬†http://abc7news.com/203344/¬†Hope you’ll join us on August 13th, 2014 from 5-7PM at Yang and Horsley Dentistry!

School’s starting soon! What better way to ring in the new school year than by celebrating our local teachers? I LOVE these pink, black, and sparkly mini-cards that we made at Spark a Smile last month! What do you think? (Click to enlarge)

Join us next week for our free Spark a Smile party: Wednesday, August 8 from 5-7PM (Yang & Horsley Dentistry, 325 E. Cottonwood Lane). We’ll be making cards for the military, care of Operation Write Home. What an easy and fun way to support our troops! Hope to see you there!
